She, along with entrepreneur Katherine Power have come up with a wine brand called Avaline, which describes itself as “Purest Wine; Full of Natural Goodness”

Here’s something that we like to draw your attention to, near around the end of the 16th century, wealthy people had started expanding their lands, especially vineyards, for the love of wine and that started the whole revolution towards the commercialization of wine.
All in all, it was easy for wine lovers to just knock on the window with their empty bottle and the server guy would answer; Similarly, our Avaline Wine loves to give you a great time through the perfect blend of quality grapes and a low sugar concentration.

In a recent interview, Diaz shares, “I enjoyed wine for many-a-year and never questioned it. Not once. I actually figured it was the most responsible alcohol choice because it was made with fermented grapes! But I had no idea of the process. One of the first conversations Katherine and I had about making a cleaner wine was ‘what are we going to add to it?’ We soon learned it wasn’t what you added, it’s what you didn’t add.
